I don't know if these are a good quality or not (but the Buster Brown ones seem to be leather). I'm still debating whether I want to order any for my kids so any comments are welcomed!!

I saw a couple pairs that made it too my cart but I am too nervous that they won't fit! I took my kids out last week and my oldest tried on probably 8-10 shoes before she found ones that would work. It's totally not worth it if I have to pay to return them! kwim?!

I am certain Amazon will pay for the return if the shoes don't fit. I haven't ever had a problem returning clothing or shoes online if they haven't fit.

**Actually I'm pretty sure Amazon doesn't do free return shipping, exchanges, etc. I think the only thing you might get away with is if the product is defective (I'm not entirely sure on this one, but I know hubby ordered a leather jacket recently and there were some issues with it and he ended up ordering another one. Now, I know there would be no way he would pay retun shipping.) I was looking through some reviews on some of these shoes and I think that's what some people were comlaining about (having to pay return shipping to Amazon) because it sounds like some of these might run larger..

 

Amazon used to be A LOT more accomodating too, but recently it hasn't been the case AT ALL! They seemed to have moved all of their customer service to India and they never budge on anything!! I'm speaking from experience with 2 recent encounters with them..

They don't do PA either (it's something silly like over $25 difference on single item within 7 days!!)

While hubby and I have been very happy long-term Amazon customers before, with all their new policies and attitude, now we double-guess every single purchase.
