I went to return one item I bought online at VS and waited in the returns line for a half hour. I get to the register and the cashier says that the stores DO NOT accept any returns that were purchased on VS online:eyepoppin!

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Now we'll have to pay 7.00 to ship a $25 item back.

I just looked at my Victoria Secret Online invoice. It says in capital letters stores cannot accept returns, but it also has a UPS postage paid return label on it. It will not refund shipping costs, but will exchange withougt charging extra shipping.

Send it yourself in a mailable bag, not box, and the postage is less than 1/2 of what they charge. I did this last year and it cost me about 3.00.

Yeppers, if you use their shipping, they deduct $5.99 from your credit back.

O really..wow..that's a bummer!! I was going to buy Uggs from them but I'm glad I read your post. I think that's really dumb. I love buying from on-line stores that also have stores near me because I can return easily. I guess I won't be buying from Victoria Secret.

This is off topic but when I saw your Ugg comment I chuckled. My husbsand bought a pair of shoe boots at a garage sale. I thought they were ugly but thought nothing of it until I picked them up to move them . They are Uggs. 2.50 at a garage sale.
