amyelizabethau Posted December 25, 2008 Posted December 25, 2008 Hey guys just a quick question. My bf went out today after work to finish up some shopping at Wal-Mart. Hes just now finish all his wrapping and realized that 4 items were missing from his walmart bag. He said the only thing that he can think of is that his bag wasn't handed to him or either the person in line behind him picked up that bag after he left. He said there's nowhere else it could be he drove to walmart in his truck and the items aren't anywhere. Do you guys think it would be worth calling walmart to see if the items are still up there when they open back up? Merry Christmas!!

In the past I've seen where a bag was left and the cashier sent (or took themself) it to Customer Service.
amyers12345 Posted December 25, 2008 Posted December 25, 2008 I had this happen a while back. I called and asked if they had it, they couldn't find it, but told me to come back in and they would replace everything.
4gr8girls Posted December 25, 2008 Posted December 25, 2008 I worked at WM and it happened a lot. We would log the items into a book so when the people came back we could just check the book. Sometimes they ended up going in somebody else's cart but we always replaced the items. I think he'll be alright if he goes back or calls.
