Amazon Question???

I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place so if it's not please move it to where it should go!!!

 

I bought a pair of shoes off of amazon.com. They were not sold by amazon - they were on there from another company. I didn't realize when I ordered them that they are golf shoes. I thought they were just regular sneakers. I e-mailed to cancel the order but it had already been shipped. Is there a way for me to get my money back without having to pay to ship them back?

Return to sender usually works. But i would call the business you purchased it from.

The only thing about refusing the shipment is that I want my money back and I'm scared that if i refuse it, I won't get my $ back?????

That's why you really should call the business you bought it from for reassurance.

I would refuse delivery and call the company.

My UPS guy has ignored my REFUSED SHIPMENT package 2 days in a row, he puts the new package ON this one, so you KNOW he sees it. What do I do? I never see the UPS guy.

I had to return something from a third party seller on amazon and I called customer service-they handle it the same way that they would if you have bought it directly from them. Super easy.

You can drop it off any any place that ships UPS.

I called the company that was selling the shoes and they said that if I refuse the shipment, when they get it back they will credit my account.
