Hi all,

 

I am still waiting on my order from Buy.com. I order San disk Sansa Express 1G mp3 player on November 21, 2008 with free shipping. I have try tracking the mp3 player said it has been ship. I can't even track it no more. Do any one have phone number to contact them. It's a Christmas present for mom.

 

I think 14 days is longer enough to get the product. I do have been at home to receive the order.

 

Order several things that week. I have recieved all my orders but the mp3 player. Now I wondering did get rip off.

Good luck. I have been trying to get $19.99 refunded back to my Paypal account due to a problem involving Buy.com and have decided I will NEVER make another purchase from them.

Yeah, I ordered a couple sd cards from them, and after 2 weeks of "order processing", I contacted them to find out they were "backordered", I canceled and got my money back.

I called them also and got nowhere they want me to send back the item then they will ship another out in 7-10 days. So thats useless because i need it by christmas lol. Also i have to pay the shipping back i was told even with a rma number. So she said well we can refund the 19.99 and you can repurchase at 76.00 price I hung up i am so sick of customer service lacking lately

I have order from the last 2 years and never had a problem. I ordered a photo printer and web cam last week and they were here in 3 days..that was just there free shipping.

Thanks OP for bring this to my attention. I ordered from here on Sunday. I have an order number but when I try to track it they say it is an invalid number, and I have no order history??

They sent me an email thanking me for the order but no shipping email. I will call them tomorrow to see what is going on with my order.

ok I called them and she thinks my order is shipped. I am suppose to wait a few days to see if it is delivered and call back if there is a problem. Thanks for the phone #

I ordered a Sandisk Sansa mp3 player a week ago for 13.99 and it finally shipped two days ago. I bought a buy it now game off of ebay and come to find out it was Buy.com. It just shipped yesterday. Don't see how they can put auctins on ebay and not have the item. That would be against ebay policy. I would have dealt with ebay and paypal and got an instant refund. When I checked order status the ebay item didn't show up, I had to go to a different spot and select Buy now order status.
