kcp5 Posted December 8, 2008 Share Posted December 8, 2008 Just a heads up - check your receipts (if you haven't) from the special that Express did on Black Friday for 20% off before noon. I was wrapping gifts last week, had thought my amount sounded high and on checking my receipt, sure enough they did not deduct the 20% discount. I know I should have checked myself at the time of purchase, but in the craziness and the crowds, it just didn't happen. The date and time were on the receipt, so I called and a manager told me to come in and no problem for a correction. SHE said that they "didn't know" that they were going to be doing that special and apparently from what I gather, cashiers were forgetting to put it in.
