garmin nuvi 200 from walmart

Does anyone have this model. They had it in the store for a pretty good price this morning. However when I read the box it didn't say if it spoke the directions. No one in that department was able to help me either. I need one that does have that feature

I have this model and it does speak the directions to you but it does not say the street names. It will give you plenty of warning when you will need to turn. After all the warnings if you still miss your turn it will recalcualte the directions for you. I liked it so much I bought my mom one for Christimas. HTH

Yes, it speaks the directions. I paid $169.00 last year for this. It's a good buy for the price.

Bought it for my husband, a truck driver, he loves it. It doesn't tell you the street name, but it does speak and tell you when to turn. The name of the street will show on the top of the screen. If you miss the turn or decide to not turn on that street, which my husband needs to do if its a "no trucks" street, it will recalculate your route automatically.
