I know on Amazon, I have seen where they will put in the description: not in original package or bulk packaging, comes in plain box and then on some it will say in original packaging. I don't see these types of decriptions on overstock, just when they say refurbished. So how do you know if it is new in original packaging? I want to buy these bluetooth sets for my nieces but don't want them to come in a plain box where it looks like I bought it used or something. I've always received things in the original packaging...I mostly order household things, not electronics...but they have always been very good. sf49erfreak Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 i bought a dvd tower from overstock and it came in a new box and on there website it only cost 2.95 shipping which on another site would have cost me 50 bucks to ship.
