Illinoismom Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 (edited) Okay I am in the planning stage I manage a small elderly building of 39 units and this year is going to be the biggest attendance I have had in 12 years 28 residents, So with that being said and along with they cut my budget by 100.00 I prepare and cook everything myself so I try not to be to fancy Turkey Ham Stuffing Mashed potaotes sweet potatotes Corn Cassarole Greenbean cassarole from scratch Mac and cheese, ( I have a pan already frozen } Rolls Pumpkin pie 2 Apple pie 2 and two other pies What do you think do I need to make something else or what ??? ourhappyfamily4 Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 I think that sounds GREAT!! only thing that we have around here that isn't on your list is Gravy( or giblet gravy) to add on the mashed potatoes, and or dressing(stuffing)

loves30 Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 i think that is great.... dont forget the cool whip.. i make pepperoni roll sausage roll turkey corn potatos yams green beens with almonds biscuts salad celery sticks with cream cheese stuffing gravy in my house we only want the deserts so its home made pumpkin pie like three of them .. lol apple pie only 1 cheese cake 1 nut roll famous in our house holiday tradition passed down from an aunt that has passed . i make it and drop it to all relatives still arround . cookies ice cream for the pie and whip cream brownies.. everything but the cookies and brownies are homemade from scratch. cherry pie also. umm i dont think anything else lol but hey u never know lol that is what i do maybe there is something that will remind u of something . and hats off to ya for doing such a nice thing
