setlok73 Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 I am pulling my hair out trying to find this. DH would love to fly in a real WWII F4U Corsair (the ones that Pappy Boington flew). I can not find any where that he could do that. If anyone knows of how I can get this for him or if you know someone with an F4U, I would love to be in contact with them to see if we can set something up. I don't care where it is because I will get him there. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Joli Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 Here is a link for an Air Museum in Nampa, Idaho. In the past they have some rides in WWII planes. Maybe you could call them for ideas. Good luck!http://www.warhawkairmuseum.org/index.htm
setlok73 Posted November 20, 2008 Author Posted November 20, 2008 Thanks!!! They no longer have a Corsair but they were able to point me in the right direction and I think I may have found the right person! Thanks again
