*Oh don't know if you saw, WTAE mentioned Gottadeal on noon news, saying they are a good site to check out BF ads, before BF--yeah NO KIDDING :D LOL

No I missed that! I usually watch WPXI. The local news has had an awful lot of stories on this year about Black Friday, hasn't it? I don't remember them covering it like this last year!

More snow coming tomorrow for us!!! :D

DH wanted to put up the Christmas decorations when we took the Halloween decorations down...on November 1st :giggle: The plan at this point is for the guys and my SIL to put up the decorations while I'm cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I already have a written map of the yard detailing what goes where :lmao: But I'm psyched to see how it all turns out since this is our first year in our new house.

Then Black Friday night after DH gets home from work (and I'm gotten some much needed rest) we'll put up the Christmas tree and inside decorations. :yup:

I liked your idea areno79, especially the detailed map :D

My sis is making T-giving dinner and I sure wish I could convince her to let us do her decorations outside while she is finalizing everything.

She never wants help preparing, or setting up, or even doing the dishes after. She never wants me to bring anything.

I'd feel good doing something --and my kids would too (we'd just need to bring extra clothes to wear outside) However I know she'd never let us, she wouldn't want her guests to "work".

If the situation were reversed I'd love someone to do it and help me out!

By the way I am not sure when anyone else near to me is going to be brave enough to put stuff out--maybe BF if they aren't shopping.

It is freezing here, teens and 20's, it may reach 35 on BF.....

I am the only one decorated on my street.
