cebsme Posted November 17, 2008 Share Posted November 17, 2008 Navy Exchanges or NEX are only found on US Navy Installations. You must not only have access to a base with one of the stores, you must also have valid military ID of some kind. Active Duty, Reserve, Retired or Spouse.
