cebsme Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Navy Exchanges or NEX are only found on US Navy Installations. You must not only have access to a base with one of the stores, you must also have valid military ID of some kind. Active Duty, Reserve, Retired or Spouse. My husband was in the Navy for 4 years, so I have some experience shopping at the NEX.
