Someone on another board said others have been complaing about extra charges. I removed my debit card info(that my default payment method ughh) I am cancelling my card tomorrow and my mom is getting a new cc. Just a heads up! klastar Posted November 2, 2008 Share Posted November 2, 2008 My daughter has been ordering from them for over a year now and she orders at least once a week..she has never had a problem with them and has rec'd a lot of free thing too. 1 time and only one time it took over 2 weeks to get 1 order. I am not saying everyone will get these charges, but it has already happened to a lot of people, so I thought it would nice to let people know about it. his_lil_gemini Posted November 3, 2008 Share Posted November 3, 2008 ive also ordered from them and more than once. my only problem was the last time i ordered i used a credit card and got charged more than the invoice amount...turns out thats from the credit card company because its an international order..nothing ever happened wrong on their end. I was really cautious about ordering from them and did alot of searches to find out about them before I placed my orders. I did use paypal so that made me feel a little more comfortable. I love their products and prices, so if I buy more, I will use paypal. I just didn't like how they saved my debit card info without me actually saving it as my default.
