My Twinn girls clothing

I am wanting to see if the clothing for girls runs big or small. Im trying to get matching pjs for my DD and her doll for christmas but I hate not knowing how the sizes run TIA

The PJs I think run pretty tru to size. On the other hand the clothes (stretch pants) and fleeces Ihave found run a little small.
