Lawnmower specials?

Does anyone know when Lowes/Home Depot/Walmart start clearancing their lawnmowers? Mine died about a month ago and I have been borrowing a neighbor's mower. I can't remember when the stores get rid of the older models.

Yesterday I just bought a 22inch push weed-eater lawnmower mulch cut at Wal-Mart clearanced from $158 down to $78
