Guest Katelynn Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 Looking for a deal similar to the one that was previously offered by Philips on a good widescreen TV. I am not looking to spend a lot, unfortunately broke up with boyfriend and he took the TV. I am looking for at least a 30in TV that is da' bomb for the money. Thanks so much, Kisses* Katelynn
Brad Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 Katelynn, If you have a Walmart nearby (and who doesn't), check to see if they still have any of these left: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp?product_id=2601425 Nice 30" widescreen with built-in HD tuner. Despite the Sanyo brand name, it's gotten very good reviews, and WalMart is clearancing them out, so you might get lucky and find one. Another similar option: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp?product_id=2601424
Guest Katelynn Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 Thanks Brad, Unfortunately there isn't a Wal-Mart within 300 miles of me that has one of the 30in widescreens in stock *pout* And I can't afford the 32 If anybody else has any ideas...would be MUCH appreciated!! Kisses, Katelynn
biomajor Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 I have the 32" Sanyo and I love it. I have had it since July of last year. It's a heavy bugger, but it has a great picture. I like it better than the picture on my husband's Toshiba monster. Here's a Phillips from Circuit City for $675 http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Philips-30-HDTV-Monitor-30PW8420-/sem/rpsm/oid/120217/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do And a samsung for $700. They both have a $39.99 rebate on shipping when bought online. http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Samsung-32-HDTV-Monitor-TX-P3264-/sem/rpsm/oid/96281/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do
biomajor Posted May 11, 2005 Posted May 11, 2005 This one's only 27 inch--but it's only $549 from Target. It's a Panasonic http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/ref=br_1_2/602-6710088-9612641?%5Fencoding=UTF8&frombrowse=1&asin=B00026WRFI
