I'm on season #12 here and can't wait for it again this year...I will hate when my girls are gone and grown and I have no reason to shop on BF...then I'll look forward to the grands and hopefully shopping with my daughters!

Well, dh and I have always gone out shopping on BF ever since we were married, so about 16 yrs. But, we went out later in the day. The first time we got up early and did doorbusters was about 8 yrs ago when we were visiting friends in a Chicago suburb. We had a lot of fun and have been getting up early ever since.

25 years Last year I had my 20th high school reunion that evening and my family couldn't believe I was going out shopping at 3:30AM ~ DUH!! It's Black Friday!!! Like I'd ever miss it! LOL!!!

This is my third year in a row. I did once a few years back and thought it wasn't worth it. Tried it again and decided that there are too many good deals to pass up!!

This year will be 20 years! I had one year where I visited my SIL in a small town that had little shopping and while I was happy to visit with the family...I was sooo depressed to not be out in the thick of things. To me, Black Friday is like the first day of deer season to die-hard hunters!

Over 20 years...and I'm only 31. My Mom and Aunt would take us to Lazarus (now Macy's) every year to get the freebies. My cousins, brother, and I continue the tradition. My Mom stays home now, and my aunt works retail so they don't join us. They said we are "too hard-core" for them.

This will be my 16th year!! We started when we got married and for years and years the only way we could afford to get every one a nice present at Christmas was Black Friday.
