apparently i did but my point is its on the same page with the other 28 movies listed as 3.99.. i didnt check every one, but that one didnt have free shipping for some reason.

How and where do you get a reward certificate?

You have to be a rewards member and have a reward card. You build points for purchases and they send you certificates.
