When you get to the Review/Submit order page look where it shows your Staples Rewards #. Click on edit. On the next page erase your rewards # and click continue. Now you should be back to the Review Order page. Look for where it says Staples Customer Number [it is highlighted in purple] Click on Add Number. Enter your number on the next page and then click continue.
