mrn8 Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Snapfish Got to snapfish.com, and get 15% off your order with coupon code: 15OFFPRINTS
i-bystander Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 I used to have 250 free prints from Snapfish, but they expired before I could even try their service. Anyone order prints from them? Is the print quality the same as going to a store?
mrn8 Posted May 2, 2005 Author Posted May 2, 2005 I usually order from Shutterfly, but my dad just got a bunch of prints from Snapfish last week. They looked a lot better than the Snapfish prints of a few years ago. I would say that they are on par with the Walgreens / Walmart prints.
RossMAN Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 Anyone order prints from them? Is the print quality the same as going to a store? That's what I'm wondering, how do they compare to Walmart and CostCo digital prints?
mrn8 Posted May 2, 2005 Author Posted May 2, 2005 I think they have the same printing system as Walmart has. They at least use the same Kodak paper and ink. I was impressed with the prints my dad got back from them, especially since he has a Kodak digicam.
i-bystander Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 Hmm... would have to try them out sometime. How much does Shutterfly charge? I wish there were more coupons for free prints at this time so we can try them out first... (hint hint).
mrn8 Posted May 2, 2005 Author Posted May 2, 2005 I can refer you to shutterfly, and you can get 15 free 4x6 prints. Snapfish offers 25 free prints to new customers, also.
i-bystander Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 I can refer you to shutterfly, and you can get 15 free 4x6 prints. Yes, you could... but you didn't answer my question. How much do they charge?
mrn8 Posted May 2, 2005 Author Posted May 2, 2005 Sorry...$.25 per 4x6 print. I haven't ordered in a while, since I usually wait for them to have a 25% off your order deal. What does Walmart / Walgreens charge for digital prints?
i-bystander Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 I think Walmart charges $0.29 per print. Do you have to pay for shipping with Shutterfly/Snapfish, or is it always free?
mrn8 Posted May 2, 2005 Author Posted May 2, 2005 I know that Shutterfly charges $2.99 for 1st class, which usually arrives in WI in about 3 days from the order. There are free shipping offers or extra % off deals all the time, though.
Momof2Qts Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 I have used Snapfish for about 6 months (racked up free pics from McDonalds Monopoly). I like the quality and the shipping isnt bad either. I got alot of pics done to announce my daughters birth and still have 66 free left (I got like 40 of her).

Brad Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 I think I still have 100 free pics from the McDonalds promotion as well. I think shipping is free on those as well. I should use those...
mrn8 Posted May 2, 2005 Author Posted May 2, 2005 Snapfish Shipping policy (4x6): 1-5 prints: $.99 6-15 prints: $1.48 16-25 prints: $1.97 each additional 10 prints add $.49
