Refurbished Cellphones

I am about to scream! My husband keeps breaking cellphones and I am sick of replacing them---is there a good place to get them besides ebay? We have verizon. Thanks.

My son breaks them all the time too. We too have Verizon and I always get them off of Ebay.

My daughter is on phone #5 since November, but ATT keeps sending her new ones. She cracks the keys on the Walkman phone

When I thought I had lost my phone the guy at the Verizon store told me "I didn't

tell you this but if you buy one of the pre paid verizon phones we will activate it and

you still use it as your contract phone" You do not use the prepaid aspect of it just

use the verizon phone and they will chane the sim card to your number. Apparently

VZN doesn't want this to get out as they will lose money on sales for replacements

I had heard this was a possibility, with using prepaid verizon phones. I guess it is worth a shot.

We are with Verizon and my daughter has the venus. It quit working unless it was on the charger. We took it to the Verizon store and they stated it had a one year warranty. They are going to send her a refurbished phone and do all transfers for free. I have also kept my previous phones so we can use them if something were to happen. You might check with friends to see if they have a phone they would give you....:) good luck....Angela
