Walmart.com vent

I am so frustrated, I am going to scream. I have tried to order tires from Wal-Mart. com two times,2/23 and 3/15 both times ending in a canceled order. I have talked to customer service so many times that I am blue in the face and I keep being told the same thing. They must have been in stock when you placed the order and just went out of stock before we could ship them. I don't believe them. I have now been told that they have been discontinued and will not be back. Well today don't you know their they are again. I don't get it why won't they sell me these dang things AHAHAHAHAH

 

I once again called and they advised not to order since they don't know if they are in stock or not???????? I am getting calls from Walmart about every two days to update me on this situation.

 

Am I over reacting, my dh tells me to just drop it and get the tires somewhere else. I think they should have to honor the cheaper price that they keep advertising them for.

 

I am suppose to get a call in 48 hours to explain why they keep going online if they don't have them to ship, What do you guys think, should I just drop it??????

If it is a name brand tire, take a printout to someplace like NTB or Sears. I think they price match. Call ahead to be sure. Why wouldn't one of the stores order the tires for you at the cheaper price? Baffling to me that they would want to lose a sale.

I called both places you mention and both told me that they wouldn't price match online prices. The B&M Walmart was anything but helpful, they said that they don't normally carry the tiger paw tire and that I had to go through Walmart . com

 

That is my thought exactly why won't they sell them to me. I like to buy my tires from WalMart so I always have a place close by in case I have a flat or a leak. I think I might have to look else where.

Tweleve phone calls later and three more times that it became available online and still no order. I am going to send corporate a letter I didn't realize that their was a seperate corporate office for Wal mart . com then for Wal Mart I am thinking about reporting it to the bbb but not really sure if it is something that I can file on. False advertising?? Not sure about that, any one know if I can report it??
