lbuzz52 Posted February 8, 2008 Share Posted February 8, 2008 i complained to them about this, and they gave me a form response that said sorry, this happens from time to time. i emailed back, stating, no, it happens almost every time i try to order, i can guarentee it has happened to me on more than 20 separate attempts to order in the past two months, and has happened even when i had over 20 items in the cart (saying all are oos). they never responded. I don't order from them much at all anymore just because of that!I rarely order from them as well because of the problem. They still show a couple weeks later that items are available in my size. What I hate the most is having to go all the way back and figure out which items are out of stock based on the item number that they give you. Too much of a hastle!
