I'm looking for a computer tower that will match my bluetooth MS keyboard, its called MS blue

Q re: the USB in front, do you have to have a certain orientation on the mother board to accomodate that feature, or do you just run a cable inside that effectively moves the USB from back to front?? Thanks!
