Easy Link Launch Pad

My DS got the Disney Easy Link and the Thomas & Bob The Builder links for Christmas1. They don't work with the launch pad. They go to the site but then it freezes up. The links that came w/the launch pad work fine. Any one else have this problem? I tried to call Fisher Price but I didn't have the time to wait on the phone. Any ideas? Thanks

I am not sure about the freezing up problem..but I got my 3 yr. old niece the Easy Link for Christmas. While the Elmo site was loading, she would touch all the different keys on the top of their heads. Of course, when she touched Elmo (who was in the play slot) it would reset the game and it would have to start downloading it all over again. So if your child touches the figures at all while they are in the play slot (and it's kind of hard for younger children to not touch those since they are so fun looking) it has to start over with whatever game you are playing.

They don't touch the links. I have them off to the side of our computer.

I'm not real impressed w/the Easy Link. Glad if didn't buy it when it was so expensive.

My Dd got hers in October for her 4th birthday. She absolutely loves it. It has saved my computer.LOL. When we first tried to install it it kept freezing up, i was so mad. My Dh reconnected it all and we turned on the internet before we launched it and it now works great and now we don't have a problem lauching it directly. She is constantly changing the games no problems. She has now seen they have the disney ones and says she has to have them.

my little girl loves it! and it works great. only freezes up if i have other things running on my computer.
