I'm trying to find something that you can use the free shipping with paypal and the terms not valid with other merchants, seems that 99% of the stock is from other merchants.

 

Like a simple cooking spoon or basting spoon.

 

I have had no luck yet.

 

Also the 2.99 is the same way, not valid for other merchants.
