They are not very good - very soft, not really what I'd call true memory foam. I'd spend a bit more and get better quality ones. Just my own experience. chefpatty Posted December 8, 2007 Share Posted December 8, 2007 It took me awhile to get used to using this type of pillow. But I'll never go back. Had neck pain for over 2yrs after an injury. Been painfree for 6 months using this pillow and not sleeping on my stomach anymore. But like was said get a good one. I got mine from sharper image. notatenanine Posted December 8, 2007 Share Posted December 8, 2007 I have been using these types of pillows for 5 years. I have noticed a huge decrease in headaches and migraines. I take it with me when I travel or even an overnight trip to grandmas house. If I forget the pillow, 60% of the time I will have a headache the next day.
