This is in fact $9.99 after rebate. I went to the B&M Radio Shack and picked one up. It was $39.99 and it printed out a $20 and $10 rebate for me.

Unfortunately the $10 rebate expired yesterday 3/11/2005. My local RS were wiped out but could order them and ship them to me for free and the $20 rebate would still qualify.

 

For $19.99 it's still a great deal but I already own a 512MB which I rarely use.
