I'm pretty sure that you convert mp3 files to the fp3 format to put on the unit. You just can't put the purchase Fisher Price stuff on a regular mp3 player.

I was able to find a pink one on clearance at Target for $14.97 in the summer. I bought a cheap SD card on BF for my 5yr DD so she can get an "mp3" player like her older brother and sister.

I have this for both my girls. Had them for a year now. They are TOUGH. My 4 year old has dropped it thrown it you name it. The thing keeps working. Heck the baby chewed on it a few times and it is still fine. You can convert stuff to put on it and the stories are fun. I highly recommend them. There is a speaker dock for them to my girls love

You can put any music on it - my kids have the whole Hi-5 CD they love on theirs....but it was time consuming to do it. These are neat but we got them as a gift - I wouldn't spend the money myself unless my child was a complete music nut, which mine aren't...

I just bought 3 for my 4 year olds and am assuming once you buy a song from their site you have access to that song or story to reload or put on a second (or third) FP3 am I assuming correctly (I hope)? Thanks

I got these for my boys (one it getting his for Christmas, as he just turned 2 in Sept, and the other got his for Easter), and my oldest loves it! We have his Wiggles CDs on it, so we don't have to listen to them as a family on long trips! I got theirs on clearance at Target months ago, for about $25.xx! And I got a pink one for a niece for Christmas for $12.xx!
