you have to click on google checkout and set up a google checkout account. If you just do regular checkout it doesn't take of the $10.

When you set up google checkout and use that...it does show the $10 discount before you do a final submit to actually place the order. Also, be sure you change the shipping to the $1.90 one (5-7 day budget shipping). It was originally set on a higher shipping charge for me but I changed it to the $1.90 in the drop down box. Deal still works, I just did it. :)
