That is just for mods.

 

You can (and always have been able to) alert mods to spam by clicking the red X circle icon to the left of every post.

I like the thread tagging and the lightbox feature. I'm not sure the lightbox feature would be used much here, but the tagging would be great for marking threads for future reference.
