dolphinfan Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Does anyone know if I can return the Canon MP210 printer that came with the Toshiba laptop bundle at Best Buy? I have no use for the printer and it claims to be worth $79.99 on the receipt.
bschmiess Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 You might be able to get some in-store credit if you take it back after Christmas claiming it was a gift or something. Last year my bro bought me a Phillips upconvert DVD player for $49.99 and I took it back without a receipt in January and got $69.99 (current price @ the time) in store credit. It wasn't part of the BF sale though, so I'm not sure how they'll handle something like the printer. If you get turned down by one BB, go to another.
MiaMonkee03 Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 We also had several of these....my brother went to return a computer he got yesterday morning and the printer rang up as free basically - he probably could have kept it and they never would have known (obviously that wouldn't have been honest.) He said the lady at customer service was confused because it rang up as free technically. So, I doubt you can just take them back. We just pretty much gave the ones we didn't need away to people who did need them.
