Thanks!You cannot return disney online items to the store. The only way you can return them is to ship them back, at your out of pocket cost. This is from their website:Returns or exchanges can be made in any US Disney Store location, excluding Personalized Items, Art, Collectibles, Mirrors, Electronics, and Indoor and Outdoor Furniture. All returns must have the original packing slip/receipt with the merchandise to be returned or exchanged I just wondered if anyone had an experience doing this. I'm unsure of sizes so I want to order both and take th eone that doesn't fit back , but it might take my order under 50 and I wondered what they did abou that. Thanks! Thanks!I just tried about a month ago at our Disney store in the mall and the manager came with their 'book' and she stated they are no longer permitted to accept returns from the internet......because in the past I have returned on-line items to that same store.
