need to find elmo garage

I had saw at one time that a store was going to have the elmo garage to for $18 and now I can't find it. Does anyone know what store it is. I believe it is on Black Friday and not on Thanksgiving but I am not sure. Either day is ok i just need to know what day and what store. I think I am looking to hard because I want to find it. Please help me.
