Guest Macrossmaster Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 Tomorrow at Sears: Doorbuster deals on lots of stuff including: HOME ELECTRONICS Sony Bravia 46 in. LCD HDTV > $1899 SAVE $800 before $300 price drop and before $500 instant saving What does that mean exactly? If you add to cart now, the Bravia is $2199? Closest I can figure is it WAS $2499 -300-2199 then -500 = $1699 Then, if football MIR is still going on the 17th (says it ends then, but don't know if it includes final day) -$150 = $1549 Not too shabby.
YY_mini Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 Where did you guys find these info? Could you please post a website of 11/17's sale ad? and Could you post which Bravia they got tomorrow? I am getting a HDTV this year, really like to get a SONY 46". If this is a Sony 1080 Bravia for $1550, it'll be a great deal! BTW, my first post here, this's fun. HELLO EVERYONE! :D
Guest Macrossmaster Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 Welcome! Glad to have you. I believe it is 1080p. I got an email from Sears. Their email list is rather worth being on.
lindsv Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 My local Sears said the price will be $1,399!
YY_mini Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 It's a little confusing here! I just got back from my local sears. The sales told me it IS $1899-800=$1099. However, he told me the model will be on sale is actually KDL-46S3000 720p, instead of 46V3000, the 1080i model. Who is right here? Does anybody have a hard copy of the ad? The saleperson told me he only gets 1 in store, but he can order it if they run out, I guess that's a good news!
YY_mini Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 it is $1899 - $800 = $1099..Sony 46 in. LCD Full HD (1080p) Television, BRAVIA the Sears item# 05771687000 Mfr. model# KDL-46V3000.I have the add, but i don't have enough post to post up URL's on here.Do you mind email it to me? I couldn't find any hard copy at all! YY_FX35 "a" hotmail.com Thanks!
scottmlee Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 Just spoke to my local Sears, they said the original price is $2,199-300 off for the sale and then another -500 off if purchased before noon. The final price they quoted is $1399 if you buy it before noon. They were not sure if the Sears card rebate can be used afterwards (below). If so it could give you back another $150. yellowjeepster Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 If you look at this tv online it is reg. $2300. Everyone is saying a different reg. price. I find it hard to believe they would offer this tv at such a deal before BF. If so then I'm mad b/c I got the 40" at F&F, lol. But the 3 yr. protection plan on this tv is $470. and on the 40" it was $300. I am a lil leary that there aren't any reviews on the 46" either. Where is the ad for this sale? I can't find it anywhere. They must not want too much business if no one can find an ad for this doorbuster sale tomorrow morning.
knappabn Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 It's the 46s3000, a 720p set. the $1899 reflects a recent $300 price drop, then another $500 off before noon, for a price of $1399.99. The untimate football promo is still good, so you can take off another $150, for a bottom line of $1249.99.

YY_mini Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 Thanks edism for the link!!! :D OK folks, after reading more posts, I called all 3 different sears in my town (2-cities, MN). All of them told me the price is $1099 for a 46S3000, the 720p guy. One of the store told me the online ad has a bad link. Another store told me football deal is good. So here it is:KDL-46S3000 = $1899-$300-$500-$150(football thingy) = $949 + tax. Ok, I do NOT know if the price is valid for all sears in the world. This is only true base on the responses I have got from Minnesota Sears. Game plan: I printed their online ad (thanks edism!) and the link to 46V3000, and I will prepare a talk with Sears tomorrow morning, and see if they'll sell the V3000 for that amount. Well, it's pretty unlikely, but worth a shot. Otherwise I'll be happy to grab the S3000. My family room is big, and I don't play games, I really don't care if it's just an old 720p. Have fun everyone!

BayAreaKing Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 What exactly is the football promo? Also, does anyone know other deals they're having? I heard that there's also a 42 inch Sony Bravia for $800. Anyone know?
idlebrain Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 its clearly mentioned as KDL46S3000 in the flyer (hardcopy) which is a 780p
Azzycat Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 Here's a link to the discussion on the Online Deal Forums board. It has a link to the online ad in it, which definately sends you to the 1080 model and NOT the 720 model. http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=89383
