Just the other day there was no mention of it on these exact hoodies! Anyway, i called the cs# and explained to them and they told me they are updating the system but when it comes back up anyone who ordered anything with personalization, they would go back and add $5 per item to the bill. When i said you could not go adding onto peoples charges after they get a confirmation.. they said that is what happens.... I then said, if i place another order now... can you cancel mine from before? no, i would have to wait.. hold up the $$ and pay to ship it back... can i cancel the order because i am unhappy.. no.. Thank goodness I looked... they had not carried over half my order for some reason... she added it on manually.. and comes up to a different total. They old me last night that when they process the order, they go back and add on the fees... That is what I kept saying was not possible... she kept insistig that is what they do.
