It says in the Circuit City ad, that you get 100$ instantly off any laptop, then it stats right below this, FREE BroadbandExpess Access Card from Verizon after Mail in Rebate, requirs 2 year subscription.

 

I know last year circuit city offered a rebate if you subcribed to vonage for a laptop.

 

Does this appear to be the same thing?

 

I dont' see anyone talking about it.
