As I keep telling people, Craigslist. I got one off my local craigslist with games and accessories for 50 bucks. They are used but most kids don't care.

Also try half.com It is owned by ebay but everything on the site has fixed prices. I have sold my children's old gaming systems there.

Dunno but if you get one Walmart has 2packs of games for 14.99 in the gift section

The Gamestops around here sell them for $79 new and $59 used.

For the past 3 Black Fridays, walmart had the SP's on sale. Not saying that will have it this year, but thats their track record. I had a $25 GC to Walmart so I bought my daughter a pink one now just so I wouldn't have to wait in line for one on BF. Hope they are on sale again this BF for you. I believe they were $49 the last few years? Check past sales for Walmart on here and you'll get the price they averaged on BF
