Does anyone know what the Penguin deal is?

There's some deal with Amazon regarding a Penguin. Anyone know anything about it? I saw it on a discussion forum, but there wasn't any information about it.

Is it a pop up or something that leads you to good deals? Just curious.

last year amazon had a bunch of deals during the weeks leading up to christmas and there was a little penguin icon letting you know where to find the deals
