Scarves/sashes $2.00 shipped from Coldwater creek

So I am a little upset. I originally ordered 3 scarf's: 2 green and 1 orange of the polka dot ones. I was only sent 1 green. So I went on their site, saw that they were both still listed as available. I talked with CS using that website chat they have and they said they are now back in stock, but will not ship anything from being backordered and to order them again. So again, I ordered 1 green and 1 orange. Yesterday I only receive 1 orange. Cant figure out whats going on!
