They usually mail you a bag but I went into the store the other day and told them I have not received my bag yet and they went ahead and took 20% off of my purchases.

I used my bag on Saturday, got a lot of nice deals for me and my kids. At the cashier I went too, he didn't require me to try and 'stuff' my stuff in the bag, cause I had a chicken costume, that alone would have filled up the bag but the lady behind me had a bunch of stuff and her cashier made her stuff everything in her bag and what didn't fit, she told her that they wouldn't give her the discount for! I was lucky!

I got girl's dress shoes for $5.xx & boots $9.xx.

I was once told to do that (put evertything in the bag).I has ALOT of clothe so I told the cashier that I would not take anything, as at the ON I usually shopped at never made me do that. And when the manager heard me say that she approved for me to get the 20% off but to make sure she took my bag. In another time I went and forgot my bag, the cashier asked if I was paying with my ON card, and since I was she took the dicount without having the bag.

I have NEVER been asked to actually place the merchandise in the bag, just given the 20% off the entire purchase. Putting the purchase on your Old Navy cc (or GAP/Banana Republic) is one of the conditions to getting the 20% off.
