Well from one of the reviews, it seems the 65.00 rebate doesn't work 1 of 5 Deal Sucks Thursday, June 28, 2007 A Customer from Fairport, NY This item was advertised (by others) as being eligible for the HP $64.50 rebate...IT IS NOT ELIGIBLE. Apparently HP considers it being under the "Big Deals, education rebate, or special pricing" portion of their fine print restrictions. So if you're happy paying $85 for it you're OK, for my money I'd rather buy a Brother HL-5140 for more money.

This Newegg.com newsletter has it for $79 with a discount code of $10 more off. If you are not a Newegg.com subscriber, it will take a few hours for the web site to "take" the code, but wait to order until the discount shows. I've read that others have called HP and HP will honor the $65 rebate from Newegg.com. That would make it a $5 deal! I've ordered one.
