has anyone heard of Obopay? I signed up for it last week and got a $10 start up credit. It's kind of like a debit card/money transfer. You can load up the account and transfer the money into other account. seems like a hassle to me, but i did it for a little fun money I linked it to my checking account and within 2 or 3 days they may two very small deposits (under $1) to make sure it's the right account. After they deposited the two amounts, i had to verify those amounts on their website so the $10 transfer would take place. You can also get an extra $5 for each referal. I'm not a "robot advertisment" for this site... just thought i'd share a couple extra bucks with you guys the websit is obopay.com

i saw this on another sight a while back, i was going to do this but they wanted my social and drivers license # so....no, didn't feel like it was worth the ten bucks, you could also do like she said and give them you account # but didn't feel comfy with that either.

yeah... i didn't feel too comfortable in the beginning, but i used an account that i don't normally use (hubby and i share an account) and it has fraud protection on it, so even if something happened, my @ss would be covered. Don't normally use the account i gave them, but i now have an extra $10 i think i'll use on a new shade of nail polish

Me too. I still wouldn't give out my SSN. Maybe my paranoid nature keeps me from getting good deals.
