I saw a really cute bistro set at Big Lots, but it was white. I don't know if they had black.

Overstock.com has them. I also saw one on clearance at Kmart, that was very nice, but it was green.

Menards has a black 3 pc bistro set on sale for $79.

I was at World Market a couple weeks ago and saw some on sale. They weren't black though. They were green or orange. But like sigrist said, you could paint them. These were metal also.

I bought my bistro set at Biglots and it was under $50.00, small round table and 2 very nice sturdy chairs that don't "cut" into your thighs lol. I love it!!
