Looking for a DVR/DVD combo

So our DVD player went on the fritz...I fixed it temporarily, but I don't want to bother doing a permanent fix...

 

I'd like to find a DVR/DVD combo to replace it. Anyone seen any good deals lately?

well the best deal i found as hubby wanted that day was at best buy sony, dvd/vcr recorder and we paid 219.99 and did the best buy rewards... well that was last wkend so this sunday in expo flyer they had the same one for 197.00 . so back to best buy for my dif hehehe.. gotta love it.. ok hope this helps ya .. lori

bummer...that's what I was afraid of...I"m too cheap to spend that much *lol* I was hoping for 125 or so...since I could just run a cable to my PC to record shows and drop 40 bucks for a basic DVD player

I saw that...that's just a DVD recorder though...not a DVR (the description they give is misleading)
