Any new Wii deals?

We want to buy my son a Wii for a gift for his good grades. Any Wii deals? I'm not sure if it would actually be on sale but is there any deals with a game or something?

 

I saw the other Wii thread but it was last updated before Christmas before it came out and I'm looking for a current deal.

I didn't realize these were still so hard to find, I just assumed that the hoopla was all over & you could just buy them now but I guess not. Anybody just know where to get one?

Availability seems to be getting better. My local Sam's Club just had a stock of them a couple days ago. BTW, nice mom! I never gave my kids anything for good grades. If I did, I'd be broke!

Target had some games on clearance when I was there this past Monday...Ant Bully is the only one I can remember...it was $20.90.

Out of about 15 games they had, 5 or 6 were marked down from $49.99 to between $20.90 and $34.99.

Yep mine had Ant Bully,Chicken little,Poker and Excite Truck on clearance.they were 30% off,

Im surprised to see such new games on clearance already.

I have been looking for some lower priced games but haven't found many. I refuse to pay $50 for a game. Wait long enough and they will go down. Course I did spend the money to buy a Wii but it was well worth it. Its a great game console. Glad I didn't get the Xbox or PS3.

We just finally found one about a month ago. Basically you just have to keep stopping in the stores as none of them know when they are coming. I lucked into one at Walmart. When you get a second controller (and you will eventually want one), rather than pay the 39.xx for a controller, look for Wii Play as it's a game and a controller for 49.xx. Much better deal to get a new game for only 10 bucks. I found the Wii play at Circuit City.

He's in college and on the deans list and in an honor roll society (PhiThetaKappa). He doesn't just have good grades, he has really good grades. It isn't something we usually do, he will be very surprised. (And I'm sure that my husband will never play with it:sidesplit )
