bluebird49 Posted April 11, 2007 Author Share Posted April 11, 2007 As Sears pointed out....the LIMITED warrenty info is on the BACK of the reciept. They don't point that out up front and there are no signs in the store warning customers of this. But they maintain it's still the customers responsibility to read the "fine print". They did send out a reapairman who replaced the motor and then had to comce back again to put new springs under the wash drum because it was lop sided. Hope that sovles all the problems!
