I have been getting an error when I try to track (look up the status) of several previously submitted EasyRebates at stapleseasyrebates.com. This has occurred several over a few weeks:

Anyone have additional information about this? :g_help:

Sorry, I haven't received that message when checking on my rebates.

Do you check the status with the email link Staples sent in an email or from the stapleseasyrebates.com web site?
