Was finally able to place an order and it gave me the in-store pick-up option. Now I'm just waiting for my confirmation e-mail. Hopefully I won't get the out-of-stock e-mail

I've worn Reeboks for years, but never this style. The others I've gotten fit me like a glove. When shoes feel better to walk in than bare feet, you know you've found the right brand!

Did anybody get a color choice?

If I order any size to get a pair at this price, can I return to Sears and exchange for the right size?

Was able to order 2 more pair for in-store pick-up. Had to keep trying for about 20 minutes.

I also had to keep trying and I finally got an in-store pickup. Awesome....$10.46 for a pair of reeboks!! And I read the return policy on the Sears website and you can return them at any Sears for any reason.

I kept trying also and just got a pair in size 9 plus in store pick up. Thanks for the tips to keep trying.

It keeps saying my city and state and zip do not exist. I know they do i live here and there is a sears withing five miles.... any tips?

Just got back from picking mine up TY to OP!! ANd also my dvd player that didn't work well I had purchased the warranty on it and they didn't have it in stock anymore so I got a SONY HD dvd player for nothing The man who checked me out said Merry Christmas you get this one on us. I felt bad that they were out of stock but I was nice about it and explain that I lived an hour away blah blah blah, and looks like it paid off!!! The picture on my tv is unbelievable!!!

I went to pick up my sneakers today to be told that they were out of stock...this is after I called to make sure that they were in stock and this is after I was handed a 7.5 instead of an 8.5. Fortunately, they had my size in another Sears, so I drove over there and got them. Phew! I heard that Sears got bombarded with these orders.

I called my local store and they are holding a pair for me. They told me to print the page out and bring it with me when i pick them up.

Just picked mine up I went up a half size. When I went to check out online, it said in store pick up not available, then when I went to check out it said oos, try in store pick-up and it worked! Don;t know what the issue is but I got them, went up a half size but I haven't bought myself shoes in so long wasn't sure. Another guy was there picking his up and tried getting another pair in a dif size too that he couldn't get onlione but they had in the store and they wouldn't let him. He said it took him 4 tries just to get the one pair to go through.

I just got back from picking up mine and I love them. I usually wear an 8 in Reebok but they were out of that size so I got a 7 1/2. I am so glad I did because an 8 would have been too big. Thanks for posting!!

I actually was able to order this afternoon a size 7 for store pickup. Went this evening to pick up, couple in front of me got theirs and man came out and told me that they didn't have mine. I went into the store and was able to get a 7 1/2, a little big but will do. The salesman in shoes couldn't believe the price. YEAH for me!

I called my store and got myself a pair but i had to show them the online price. So i got my sister a pair too with no issues.

I went to pick mine up and they hadn't pulled it, so they had to go onto the floor and get them. The size apparently wasn't obvious enough on the confirmation, so the poor guy came back and asked me what size I needed. I exceeded the 5 minute guarantee by about 10 minutes so they gave me 2 of the $5 off coupons for the next visit LOL I love them. They are comfy so far, and my daughter doesn't like the colors so MAYBE I will actually get to keep a pair of shoes LOL

wow, that was so nice of them...i spent nearly a half hour at the first Sears store but my shoes immediately at the second...all they could do for me at the first store was cancell my order...hmph!

I would at least print the page a lot of stores will give it to you if you have the page printed out. I just tried mine on and they are a little big but will be perfect for 2 pairs of socks for the winter weather. 16 degrees and falling........
