I just went back for the 2nd time too and snagged the puzzle! Very cool! We are getting the FIL a gift card so this will be perfect. He lives to aggravate people so be nice to give him a taste of his own medicine. Ho ho ho lol

I just got my order summary email and they have me irritated! First of all, they're out of the wooden puzzles. (the free one) Second, they charged me $5.99 shipping for something listed as free shipping! Of course, I didn't print out my confirmation page, (DUH me!!!) but it showed my total as $3.99. Now, my summary says total is $9.98!! ARRRGGHH! I sent them an email as soon as I received it so we'll see what they say!

Because my order total went from $3.99 to $9.98, I called their customer service number. The gentleman said that he was showing that I only owed $3.99, and he agreed to send me a copy of the invoice that he has. We'll see....

I've entered 4 different orders and 2 of them I got "out of stock" confirmation emails. But I got a free 'cake in a cup' (which they have since yanked) and the 'birdseed birdhouse' for $6 shipped. They have also taken many items offline since I started shopping and have also taken "free shipping" off some of the items.
